These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blind Text application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Blind Text is built on the idea that strangers can have a real conversation without identifying each other. You agree not to attempt to identify, track, or contact other users outside the Service. If another user shares contact information with you, you must not use it to contact them off the platform without their explicit, repeated consent.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blind Text is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, since the Service is currently free, is zero.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To remove your data, use the Delete account option in the app. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
